A window with a view. This is the lens-artists photo challenge #79. Here are my responses.

“Outside the window is a world that beckons and inside the window is a world for which the outside yearns.”
― Anthony T. Hincks

When one door closes, another window opens. Julie Andrews
Below is a photo of groom Alan Davies giving an apple to Valegro, Olympic gold medal winner with his rider Charlotte Dujardin. He is now retired. But Alan makes sure he still gets all the best treatment and he has a window that overlooks the courtyard at Carl Hester’s yard. From there he can see everyone and everything that comes and goes. The second photo is of MSJ Freestyle. This mare, who is also ridden by Charlotte Dujardin, is on her way to the top. The World Cup in Las Vegas and Tokyo 2020 Olympics are possibilities on her calendar.

Nice shots for that theme, and a great portrait of M.S.J. Freestyle. I wouldn’t mind an office with that view of London, and all the ships & boats on the Thames.

This may sound macabre but I have often thought I would like my ashes to be scattered in the Thames and I could just float up and down looking at London. Or have an office with this view in the meantime.

It’s interesting but not macabre at all.
