Today I rode Biasini and did some trot work. This is the first time in almost 7 months that I have done any trot! And interestingly enough I found it easier than the last time I did trotting. Why? I think that all those hours I spent walking in Florida with Lynsey Rowan walking beside me and giving me instruction. So now my legs are in the right place and I am using my hands and arms in a much better way. I was very happy with this. And the other thing was that I was able to do a lot more without getting overtired. So it’s all good!! Here is a short video.
It has been a long journey to get to this.. I am grateful for Lynsey’s patience in working with me at the walk for 3 months. I feel much better now and this week we will do three lessons with me on Biasini.
