That is my inspiration for life at the moment. I may have Parkinson’s but I can still ride. June 2024 I will be 75!

A long time ago I read something related to an observation that some people with Parkinson’s could barely walk yet they could easily pedal around on a bicycle. I wonder if that holds true for riding horses? I experience benign positional vertigo if I don’t adhere strictly to the exercises to hold it at bay. I discovered that when I mess up my schedule but get on the horse anyway, there is no trace of vertigo. Strange but true.
I do not have a lot of Parkinsons symptoms.. I only have some tremors in my right hand So I am able to ride without problems. I just need help with my right leg when I dismount. I am not sure that is related to Parkinson’s however. I have sympathy for you with the benign positional vertigo I have had that 15 years ago and it was not fun!!
Inspiring 💐
Keep riding Anne!! ❤️🐴❤️
