FOTD: A Survivor

There are no flowers in our garden at this time of year but here is my survivor . It is a tall variegated grass that produces tassels at its top in the autumn. I enjoy this plant as it survives the harshest winters and in the spring is somewhat battered but unbowed!

I still have som potted plants alive, I don’t know how they keep going, we’ve had several hard frosts and a little snow.

Anne, your tall grass could teach us all a lesson or two.

I agree but I flee to FLORIDA for the winter. I’m too old to survive the Ontario winters
