Yes ….it is just a dandelion. but look where it is growing…. in the gravel of a parking lot at the barn where my horse lives. This particular space was ground over by the snow plow time after time in the winter. This little dandelion did not survive over the winter but here it is now. It is a survivor indeed!

alos, a small eatery in buffalo has a very popular dish called “steak and weeds” – and I am going to try and order it next time I visit there – the weeds are dandelion leaves and they are supposed to be good for our liver – occasionally use that is….
