With all the Covid lockdowns and restrictions, ad infinitum, ad nauseaum, I think many of us need a change of scenery. So when Wandering Dawgs , who is hosting this weeks Lens Artists challenge, chose Change Of Scenery as the challenge I was delighted. We have had some warmer weather and sunshine in the last few days. So no more of this…

Now we have this… No leaves yet and the grass is not green yet but soon….

Here are some brave daffodils that will brighten our day before too long.

And look who is up from hibernation! Mr. Chipmunk!

And just this morning Mr. and Mrs. Cardinal paid us a visit. They may just be passing through and Mrs. did not sit still long enough for me to get a photo of her.

And finally Biasini has been able to shed his winter clothing. Here is his heavy duty winter turnout blanket.

And now the lighter spring blanket. The material is a silver color and that can reflect the sunshine’s heat if the day gets too warm. He has his head down as he knows I have a carrot in my hand!

I am hoping that 2021 or 2022 will bring a chance for a change of scenery further afield. Our son lives in London and it would be so nice to be able to visit him and to see Boadicea’s chariot horse jumping the London Eye!

I’d love to hear from you!
