The path from dreams to success does exist. May you have the vision to find it. The courage to get on to it and the perseverance to follow it.
Kalpana Chawla
Kalpana Chawla was the First Indian-American woman in space. Born in Haryana , India in 1962 she died February 1, 2003, aboard Space Shuttle Columbia over Texas. While this was a tragic end to her life I believe Kalpana had realized her dream.

Every one of the riders on the podium at the World Equestrian Games 2018 in Tryon NC got there by following their dreams with vision , courage and perseverance. It is not a straight road to that podium and it does not come without many bumps and heartaches. But those dreams have been realized.
Kalpana Chawla’s life was cut short. We never know what will come next in our lives so don’t put your dreams on the back burner. Follow them now!
It’s never too late.

I am sure many in India were sad. She was a pioneer in the Space Program.

I actually believe it is never too late Susie. Some dreams do have a best before date but not all of them.

I wish I had retired sooner, so that hubby and I could have done more together. He struggles every day now.

I think that at our age it is best to just go one day at a time.
