Versatile Blogger Award

Well! It’s Award Season and not just in Hollywood!  Susmita of Uniquesus nominated me for the Versatile Blogger Award. Do visit Uniquesus for some original writing. This past week  she posted a poem that precisely reflected my feelings on some of the political stories in the news . Thank you Susmita for this nomination. At my age is it a big compliment to be “versatile” at anything. I think with age we become more and more set in our ways so I am happy to remain as versatile as possible.

One of the Rules for this award is that I will give you 7 Random Facts about Me! Here Goes:

Italy is a nice country to visit. We went with or children twice and it is also a good country to travel with children as the Italians seem to love them and include them.

No I have not done anything about my travels. I did one post on Outback Australia but that’s all. I have had a lifetime of travelling which has been a great joy.

We went to Australia when our kids were 2 and 4. We knew the medical care. Would be good if they got sick and English is the language there should we have any crisis with the children. It was afantastic trip. 26,000 kilometers the whole way round Aus in a campervan. I encourage you to go if you can.
