Word Press and password angst

I dont know if its just me but I am having having problems with WordPress again .I go help from an HE and he worked out some of my issues But now it will not accept my password. or it tells me the passwords I try are not any good as they have been compromised elsewhere. So what am I to do? How can I change my password??Does anyone else have these sort of problems??

These are Clydesdales at the Canadian draft horse show 2019.I can only imagine a how much work goes into keeping those white leg feathers clean!!

    I haven’t had password problems, but I’ve had others. WP is not a great platform. Love the Clydesdales.

      My site has not been hjacked and if I try some go rounds I can still get in and get a post up.

    WP is going through some changes. It shows up differently in different browsers. Annoying.

    I’m having problems with my Reader again. It is annoying. I wish they’d leave things alone.

          I have also found my reader. Now its a pair of glasses on the top of the page.

            Yes, I think I had reached the point of just pushing buttons, and thought something like it could be the glasses. I wish they would tell us how things are changing, so we can avoid that scrambling around for answers.

    I’ve had problems too! It did the password thing that happened to you, but it’s working now. It also won’t let me post anywhere else but my phone, which I hate! It sucks but I might have to switch blogging platforms if this continues.

      I hear you!! You are not alone! And have you noticed that the URL on your blog has changed. Mine has it now has wpcomstaging.com in the url. Noticed that and when I noticed it at first I came across a whole bunch of different articles that talked about the comstaging.com but I know I have no idea where I found those and I can’t find them again now so I have no idea what that’s all about but it’s a difference that’s for sure.I found a review of Wpstaging.com and it gave the site 55.7 out of 100 it said that caution should be exercised when going on the site. It also asked for my thoughts and I didn’t give them . basically this site was trying to sell its services So not for me.

    Hi Anne, all I can tell you is what I have read, that JetPack and a number of the plug-ins have some issues. Good luck.

      well now I changed my password and WP would not accept it next time I tried to log in. So I had to reset it again and now I’m in

        I have had that happen to me too. A band new paswrd and it wont; accept it. I ALWAYS write down my passwords so I know I have put in the right one.
