I think they are hungry but they also naive corn kernels buried all over our lawn and they dig those up as well. But we always throw q few handfuls of bird seed on the ground for them too.

When it is cold and there is snow on the ground they get on well. If it was sunny and warmer they would never be close.🤣

These little guys are so active right now. I’ve been watching them from my window this morning – oh to have that energy!

They are active! The chipmunks are in hibernation now but the squirrels are around all winter.
