Precious Moments

This week Amy has given us the Lens-Artists Photo Challenge of Precious Moments. Here are some of mine

2017 This is one of the horses at the Horse Guards in London. I gave him the name Winston as he was so well behaved and such a nice fellow I felt he deserved a good British name.

2014 The photo above is of me riding Biasini for the very first time. I loved
him right from the start.
Our son and grandson. This was Christmas 2018. Our son lives in London England and had brought our grandson a football t-shirt. When he opened the present he was so excited.

This was August 18, 2018 Our daughters wedding. When we first moved into our house 20 years ago I thought how lovely it would be to see my daughter come down those stairs in her wedding dress. 20 years ago she was just a kid but when she grew up my vision was fulfilled. She was married in our living room. On the left her husband and his best man watch her descend the stairs. On the right you can see her coming down.
2020 Biasini and me out in the forest. . Some of my favorite moments are riding Biasini in the forest.
December 2020. This is my grandson. He is making a card to send to an elders’ home. My daughter had seen on Facebook that a home for the elders, in their neighbourhood, was not getting many cards this year and so she got the address and my grandson agreed to make some cards! He is looking at a video that tells him how to make the outline of the drawing.
You can see it is a picture of the Hulk. I’m sure whoever gets it will smile when they see it.

      Yes. They live just 2 hours away
      We are going up to see them this weekend for an outdoor visit. Cold weather so we are bringing our camp stove and will make hot chocolate and meet in a park for some tobogganing! We will not be seeing them at Christmas due to Covid.

    Lovely moments caught, Anne! My favorite is your grandson making cards on his own. And I can imagine the feeling when you saw your daughter coming down those stairs – my heart can feel it by just looking at the photos. The precious moments with Biasini in the forest – that is what I get with my dogs. A privilege and a joy.
