Hello Dear Humans, I am back in the South! I knew I was coming when one the girls at the vet’s barn clipped off all my fur. They always do that before I go to Florida because otherwise I would be much too hot. So I was clipped and then I kept wondering when I was going . It seemed like a long wait. But then when I was back at my home farm and barn manager Carl came in really early I knew this was the day! I could not wait to get onto the transport! I almost ran up the ramp! . I knew all of the other horses who were going except for one, He didn’t want to come up the ramp and barn manager Carl and one of the drivers had to pick him up and shift him up onto the trailer The rest of us told him he would have a long trip but he would like it once he got there.
Here is short video of the big transport leaving the farm.Yes that is snow on the ground! That is the last I will see of that!
When Ma Leueen saw this video she said she would like to enter this blob post for Cees Fun foto Challenge the color RED. I told her that would be ok.
It is a long trip but I always have sprites and fairies to talk with, they usually travel south to get away from the cold, and I chat to the other horses as well, The new horse , everytime we stopped or slowed down would say:”Are we there yet?” We would say ”NO” and tell him that when we were getting closer the drivers would come in and take off our blankets. He seemed alarmed at this but we told him it was warmer where we were going.
But we arrived after about 24 hours. That is the fastest trip I have ever had to get down here. I am back in the same stall I was in last year. And my neighbour is a horse called Ziggy. I remember him. He’s nice fellow. He remembered me too. Later in the morning Ma Leueen and Other Half Dave arrived and Dave took me out for a walk. I enjoyed that very much and best of all I got to eat some grass! Later Trainer Lynsey came and put on my leg wraps.I’ve had enought of those leg wraps and I told Lynsey how I felt about them . I heard that she will get on me and walk me around in the arena tomorrow. That will be great! I have not had a human on my back for a long time!
Just in case you want to know Ma Leueen is walking with a cane but she seems to be walking pretty well with it. So I’m hoping she will be able to ride me on another day.

I was just walking as I am still getting over my second tendon injury. So I didn’t break a sweat or anything. However I did feel like I was getting back to normal.
