Today I saw this quote on my friend, Kristi Newman’s, private Facebook group Unbridled Confidence. It was just what I needed to see. Today was a difficult one for me. A visit to the orthopedic surgeon gave me some problems that I must think about . My hip fracture is not the problem. It’s doing ok. The old replaced hip joint is wearing out and that needs to be repaired. But when that can be done is an unknown. I hate that sort of unknown. So I’ve identified the problem. What next? I must focus on the solutions. That is where my power and energy must go!
