Monday Minstrel: What do I spy?

My son took this photo in London near Whitehall. I love archway photos .

But wait….something caught my eye! What did I spy on the left?

I don’t think people randomly hack their horses along Great Scotland Yard so this “Yield” sign must be for the Horse Guards that may go along that road.
