Hello Dear Humans! I hope this blob post finds all of you well. I am very well indeed. There have been some interesting new things the Humans have put up in the outdoor arena! They are called Flower Boxes. I think the arena was fine without them but I’m just a horse and what do I know about these things. We horses have all been chatting about them at nighttime. Some have found these boxes very scary. I didn’t but I’ve been to lots of shows and I’ve seen lots of flower boxes. The one bigger box at the letter A was the only one I thought was suspicious and several other horses thought so too.
Ma Leueen tells me that Friend Sue, who does my clipping in the winter, put the little plants and flowers in . She says they will get much bigger when they grow. There are two boxes on each side of the arena.
We horses thought the boxes were something different and that is always exciting isn’t it? And the weather has been good for going out into the forest . As you know I love doing that.
All the leaves are out on the trees now and I think it looks so nice don’t you? You may notice that my mane is braided. Ma Leueen does that to get it to stay on the same side of my neck. Humans are fussy about stuff like that. We horses are not bothered about it but whatever…!
One day this week Ma Leueen had me working really hard. Whew! I had to canter and canter and canter! And I had to pull up my tummy, tuck my hind end in under me and be very busy with my hind legs. But at the end of all that work we had a nice ride around the grass paddocks. All the birds were singing and chirping. I asked Ma Leueen to take a little bit of video so you could hear them. She told me to tell you to turn up the volume on the video and on whatever you are watching it on.
