Happy New Year! 2018 got off to a great start with WordPress letting me know that I now had 1000 Followers. Thank you to all who have “followed” and made this possible. I would like to …oh…..Biasini is clamoring to join the conversation. Well Hello Dear Humans! I am delighted to hear from my human, Ma Leueen, that we have 1000 Followers! I say ‘we‘ because I do make a contribution to this blog. And from what Ma Leueen has told me several humans have asked to have more contributions from me. I shall be more than happy to do that. What makes me so excited about all this is it proves that there are humans out there who are interested in knowing how things are from the horse’s viewpoint and they understand that we are not just ‘dumb’ animals. We are , in fact, very intelligent. It is a different intelligence than the human intelligence but intelligence nonetheless. So thank you Dear Humans for that vote of confidence and I hand you back to Ma Leueen.
Thank you Biasini. He’s right of course. He is an ongoing contributor to this blog and a popular one! I am genuinely thrilled that a ‘horse’ blog can attract 1000+ followers. And within that group of followers there is a core group that I would say are not just “followers” but are “supporters”. Their support comes from their ongoing participation with Horseaddict. When I had to have surgery this past fall there were so many messages of support , sympathy and prayers. I am very grateful for that as well as for the daily likes and comments. I know how much time it takes to keep up with other blogs and to read and like and comment. I very much appreciate it.
When I started this blog I had no idea that I was entering another universe: the Blogosphere! I have learned a great deal from the bloggers I follow: what it’s like to raise a child with severe autism, to deal with a chronic illness like MS, to live with a mental disorder, to campaign for the rights of women in countries were women are not accorded respect. I have also been reminded of what it is like to be a twenty something still looking for a path through life, or trying to mend a broken heart. I have shared experiences with other horse people and appreciated their interest in my horse journey.
My blog is about horses;my own riding and training, the history of horses, interviews with international level riders and basically anything horsey. I am very grateful that so many people have chosen to join me on this journey. Thank you from Anne and Biasini!

I’d love to hear from you!
