I visited the local feed store one Saturday afternoon and just outside the store was a man selling handcrafts. All of the pieces were made from used horse shoes! There were garden ornaments and practical fixtures for hanging clothes, and a variety of other things. My eye fell on the large yellow flower. As we are in Florida only for a few months, we do not plant anything in the screened-in porch. There is a single small palm and that’s it. So the yellow flower is a bright addition. Reuse and recycle!

It really brightens up the screened in porch having that bright yellow “flower” . I am going to go back another Saturday to the feed Storrs to see what else he has.
