I don’t actually know-how they do it but they got to a spot and then poke down through the snow and bingo up they come eating a niblet.

I was amazed to see this little black squirrel find the niblets. How did he remember is it at least a month since the corn field was harvested and the corn gone so it must be longer that the squirrels were burying their niblets.
Maybe they follow the smell?
I don’t know how they do it. It seems they remember the spots where they buried niblets earlier.
