This link is to the Freestyle of Charlotte Fry, riding for Great Britain, in the World Championships in Herning Denmark this past week. She won the individual Gold Medal for the Grand Prix Special and then came the final part of the dressage competition. This is the best Freestyle I have ever seen and I have seen some of the best horses and riders over the years.
So please click on the link and watch this fabulous freestyle. You may think that Charlotte is just sitting there and Glamourdale, an 11 year old stallion, just waltzes through it all. But no, she is riding every stride. There is a high degree of difficulty in several of the movements ( extended canter to double pirouette) and two tempis on a broken line to one tempis. These are high risk moves and they are all executed beautifully.
