Hello Dear Humans. This week Assistant Trainer Lynsey had a celebration of the day she was born. I know you Humans make a big deal about these days. So when Ma Leueen and I had finished our training session with Coach Belinda we were told we had to get over to the tack room to sing Happeebirday to you for Lynsey. So with my bridle and saddle still on, Ma Leueen led me over to the door. Everyone was in the tack room and Assistant Lynsey was sticking little sticks into the top of the cake and then lighting them on fire! I had never seen this before. I asked if I was going to eat any of the cake and Ma Leueen told me chocolate was not good for horses. Hmmm…. well, ok. Then all the Humans sang the song. Happeebirday. That is the special song Humans sing to celebrate the day the Human came out of their mare. Yes, I know, Humans call them Mothers. Then they all clapped their hands and laughed. Here is a photo of me and the Humans and you can see the cake too with the little sticks of fire on it.
I was the only horse in the barn who got invited to the partay. It was fun and I was happy to be included. Till next time Dear Humans.
