Love the banner! What is the story behind that?
This is the Changing of the Horse Guards at Horse Guards Parade on London. This guard has a bugle and I assume the banner is his regiments banner. I can’t remember if that day they were the Scots Guards or Irish Guards. But they are all part of Her Majestic Horse Guards.
Nice! I have walked past there a few times, but not during the time they would be out and about. It’s great you got to see them.
