A winter wonderland – and Biasini looks gorgeous in the snow – carrot in his eyes you say ;-D

I always have one in my pocket for him. That way he comes over to the gate as soon as he sees me.🐎😀

My dogs work like that too.

Great shots, Anne 👏 Love the shot of the squirrel in the tree 😃

He was taking shelter there from the cold north wind. Smart little fellow.

The horse in the snow…looks so pensive. I wonder what is on his mind?

That is my horse Biasini and he knows that when I come out to get him I always have a carrot for him. I suspect that 🥕 is what is on his mind!

I thought it might be him.

“Shiver me timbers!” (A storybook pirate’s utterance, I think.) Excellent photos. Positively wintery.

Yea it is cold! But very beautiful and today we have blue skies and sunshine. But still cold. Thanks for your sympathetic comment!

Oh my Anne, and a beautiful response it is! I’m not a fan of snow but it is so gloriously beautiful it ALMOST makes me want an occasional winter storm (but not quite). Your horse at the fence is a wonderful image, and the row of trees also speaks to me. Lovely start to my day.

Well it does look wonderful but it does have some downsides too…shoveling and plowing to name but two!
