Wow, the Queen rode sidesaddle! Who knew??
There was one incident when she was still riding in the Trooping of the Color and a bystander fired a gun. Her horse spooked and police got hold of the man and took him away. The Queen comforted her horse and rejoined the procession!
Great thing about animals is that they have no idea “who” you are, just how nice you are.

Even Coronavirus stopped her usual birthday celebration. Fantastic lady now 94. May God bless our gracious Queen.
