Well Hello Dear Humans! I thought I was never going to get a chance to speak and I was beginning to get a bit annoyed! Ma Leueen tells me she is doing posts on the blob about horses and riders going to the Olympics. Well I know something about the Olympics. My friend Anton, at the barn at home, has been to the Olympics. He has! He went to the last Olympics. And he said it was just another show. Just another show with a long time flying in an airplane to get there. He also told me that the Humans make a Very Big Deal out of it. So I guess I will allow Ma Leueen to do the blob posts about the Humans and Horses that are going to the Olympics this summer.
But in the meantime I want to tell you what I have been doing. Working hard! Yes, that is what I have been doing. Coach Lou has been making Ma Leueen and me work, work, work. I think that is because we are going to another show. I guess he wants us to be better. Humans are like that . They always want improvement! Well, I am not going to bore you with the details of what we have been doing but I can tell you it is not easy and from what I hear Ma Leueen muttering, under her breath, in our lessons she does not find it easy either.
I have been talking to my paddock buddy Eli about all my work and he says Coach Lou, who rides him, makes him work hard too. We chat in the paddock and also when we are being brought in together. Here we are walking down the driveway.
Here is another photo . I am on the right and you can see I am being led by my friend Jose and Eli by Assistant Ene You can see that a visiting horse has come in a trailer. Eli does not like trailers parked in front of our stalls. It makes him nervous. I say to him: “Big E! It’s just a trailer. You know……. the kind we travel around in. ” But for some reason he does not like it and says it should not be parked obstructing the view from our stalls. He says it is just not right. Anyway….
So that is all from me Dear Humans. I hope that Ma Leueen will allow me to speak again before too long. Till next time…!
