Hello Dear Humans! Ma Leueen has told me she has put up two posts on the blob about the work we have been doing this past week. She says it is “going back to the basics”. Well……let me tell you….she may see it as going back but I do not. This work is darned hard! I have to be paying attention to every little thing Ma Leueen says with her aids because she is now speaking very softly with those aids. Yes! Very Softly! My head has to be like a quiet room to hear her.
It’s exhausting! It really is. The mental focus and the physical work. Thank goodness Ma Leueen arranged for Friend Sue to give me a clip of some of my winter coat which has grown in. I was sweating like mad, especially in my bum muscles due to all that work of having to be what you Humans call “engaged” and “sitting”. Sitting? When Humans sit they sit on a chair, or better yet, on a sofa. My sitting does not get me a seat anywhere. I have to imagine a seat to sit on.
Ok…that is my runt about our work. Ma Leueen has just corrected me and said it is a RANT. Hmmm… I think since it is just a small one I’m calling it a runt. You know what else we did? We went to the forest. It is so nice this time of year; quiet, no bugs and the leaves are all turning different colors and falling to the ground. That means I can see through the trees much better and see things I have not seen before. Things like…..well, maybe it would be best for me not to discuss that with Humans. Anyway… I asked Ma Leueen to take a video because I knew the Humans who read my speaking on the blob would like to see it. Here it is.
Ma Leueen tells me she is going away on a holiday. That means I get a bit of a holiday too. Assistant Lynsey will be taking me for some gallops on the forest loop and Groom Lexi will be taking me out to the forest trails. I miss Ma Leueen, of course, and I can’t put anything up on the blob until Ma Leueen gets back.
