But sometimes a pony will find a little girl and be allowed to bring her home.

And she will love that pony and be very grateful.

      No she is not my daughter she is the daughter of the barn manager. My daughter is now in her 30s and had a son of 5 years old. They grow up fast.

    I think all girls want a pony at some point.
    For myself, I remember asking for a pony one Christmas; I wrote “a pony” on my Christmas list. There was just one small problem: we lived in the suburbs!

      I did not have a pony. i was about 12 when i started riding and I went right to a small horse.

    Oh, so funny this reminds me of how my daughters wanted a pony in the garage. They were so sure they could take care of him in there. Had to say no, lol
