Biasini Speaks: Drama on the road!

Hello Dear Humans. Today I was taken to White Fences for a weekend competition. I traveled down with my friend Zee and my other friend A Doniz. We were in a different trailer today and as we were munching our hay and chatting about the show all of a sudden there was BANG! It was right under where I was standing. Then the trailer slowed down and stopped at the side of the road.

Ma Leueen came and opened the door at my side of the trailer. She gave me a pat and told me that one of the tires had blown out. Then A Doniz’ owner came and got into the trailer and sat up on top of Ma Leueen’s tack trunk. She stayed there and gave A Doniz a few pats to help him to relax,

Well.. we were there for a loooooong time. It was really loud as all these big rigs kept whizzing past us. I told Ma Leueen to take a video of it so I could put something up on the blob about it. Take a look and see all the big rigs blazing past us.

We all had hay to eat and Zee said he was a bit nervous so I told him to just eat his hay and he would feel better. I’ve traveled a lot. I’ve been on airplanes and big rigs and sometimes there is a problem. But as long as you have hay it’s Ok as far as I’m concerned. I just stuck my head right down into the hay bag! Just FYI Ma Leueen puts a fly mask on when I travel in case there are any bits of hay or dust flying around.

Someone came and put a new tire on and we continued on. Coach Lou had arrived as well with his trailer just in case we couldn’t get the tire changed. He and Ma Leueen had figured out how to get the trailer off the road so we horses could move over to Coach Lou’s trailer. But I’m glad we didn’t have to do that.

And now here I am in my stall , at the show grounds, all settled in. At night the Nanny comes to check on we horses. She gives us our night feed and some hay. If we need water she gives us some and in the morning she gives us our breakfast. She turns up quite often during the night and peeks in to see what we are doing. I like that as sometimes it can be lonely in a new place. But I can talk to Zee who is next door, so that’s good.

Tomorrow Ma Leueen and I will be competing and Ma Leueen tells me we have three days here . I shall try to do my best. I will give you an update after we get home again.

Oh….Ma Leueen asks me to let you know she will not be putting anything on the blob until the show is over. She is very busy

Till next time Dear Humans.

What an adventure dear Biasini and so glad to hear you were all safe. The same thing happened to us last Sunday and we had to wait three and a half hours for the RAC. Luckily our hoomans had brought a picnic and food for us and we had a very long snooze on the back seat. We wish you and Ma Leueen a lovely time and lots of luck with your competition tomorrow 🤗💖🐎🥕🥕 xxx
